Job Title: Administrative Project Coordinator - Urban Development

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at INNER SPACE DEVELOPMENTS LTD. This is a permanent opportunity, working 32 hours per week, requiring a college diploma or equivalent experience.

About the Role:
  • Implement and review administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our urban development projects.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to records release, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services, including equipment, supplies, and security services, to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, providing financial insights to inform project decisions.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About You:
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your experience in project coordination has equipped you with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • You have a solid understanding of computer software applications, including MS Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms.
