About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team As a key member of our project management group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project documentation, including meeting minutes, change orders, owner's instructions, shop drawings, progress claims, and sustainability requirements.
  • Establish and maintain project reporting procedures, such as cost reports, project status reports, document drawing control, and shop drawing document control.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, track responses, and advise stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Assist in managing trade contractor site meetings, RFIs, invoices, and control document processes.
  • Manage project administration activities, including payroll, timekeeping, labor coding, equipment coding, purchase-order coding, and safety reporting.
  • Review construction plans for compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
What You'll Need:
  • Tech diploma in a relevant construction field (CET) or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.
  • Familiarity with local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care, we also provide RRSP matching and educational assistance opportunities.
