About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at CareerBeacon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various teams, including DevOps, eCommerce, and ITOps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing a combination of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Identify action points in each meeting and assign tasks through a project management application (MS Project or Azure DevOps).
  • Create project charters, host meetings with stakeholders, and hold team members accountable for their work items.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Applied Innovation & Technology Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with and across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of Relational Database and System Integrations.
  • Scrum or PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, CRM, and ERPs is also an asset.
