Frugo the go between store is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments and manage our store's finances to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Order merchandise and manage our inventory to ensure that we have the products our customers want.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our staff is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of our staff to ensure that we are working together effectively to achieve our goals.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure that our staff is paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week of work.
