About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in public health and community development.

The successful candidate will work closely with community residents, partners, and agencies to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce health inequities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public health programs and services that meet the needs of diverse populations
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to identify priorities and develop solutions
  • Provide education and support to individuals and groups on health-related topics
  • Conduct health assessments and provide counseling to clients
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
  • Experience in public health and community development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of population health principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation

The salary for this position is approximately $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
