About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at Cross Blade Framing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of carpenters and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters to ensure efficient project completion
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train or arrange for training of carpenters as needed
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in carpentry or a related field (experience an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work site environment is outdoors and noisy, with a construction setting.
