About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at WEST HILL FINISHING & CARPENTRY LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality results, and leading a team of skilled craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
