About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at ALVAIR DEVELOPMENT LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of woodwork and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our carpentry team to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our carpentry team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and that the final product meets our high standards.
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop the skills of our carpentry team members, ensuring that they have the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
