Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at RONA+. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our Store Manager to develop and implement merchandising strategies, ensuring that our store is visually appealing and that our products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales.
- Supervise the replenishment process, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Manage promotional activities, including sales, promotions, and events, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Assist in recruiting and training new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Coach and develop our team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- 5 years of experience in personnel management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
