Meat Department Supervisor

About the Role:
The Meat Supervisor is a key member of our Thrifty Foods team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of friendly and well-trained staff. As a Meat Supervisor, you will be the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, ensuring a smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop staff to provide superior customer service
- Supervise the department and staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Foster customer loyalty and actively contribute to employee and customer engagement
- Ensure a thorough understanding of department operations and skills
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Meat Cutting Certificate
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
