About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Analyst to join our team at the Assembly of First Nations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective policy strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on policy issues affecting First Nations communities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policy initiatives.
  • Provide policy advice to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, politics, or international relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy development and analysis.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex policy issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
