Senior Crisis Management Analyst

At CEI Fleet Collision and Safety, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and business. We're seeking a Senior Crisis Management Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled crisis management professional to lead our business continuity and client disaster response programs. As a Senior Crisis Management Analyst, you'll work closely with our Manager Operational Risk Management to ensure proactive preparation and effective execution of our business continuity and client disaster response programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify potential events that could impact our business processes and client operations.
  • Evaluate the risk and impact of disruptive events on our business and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective decision-making and actioning during business disruptive events.
  • Develop and execute plans to mitigate the effects of business disruptive events.
  • Report and escalate to Executive and Senior leadership as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in crisis management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in crisis management or a related field.
  • Crisis management certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
