Job Title: Senior IT Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues for desktop/laptop systems, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room technology.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including installation and configuration of software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to resolve escalated issues and provide timely support to clients.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for the Senior Leadership Team, providing support and incident management on a two-week cycle.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio and video equipment for Teams virtual and hybrid meetings.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience in a medium to large professional organization.
  • Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and imaging systems.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
  • Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Intune and JAMF is a strong asset.
