Senior Analyst, Business Continuity Management

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and deliver exceptional client experiences. We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Continuity Management to join our team and contribute to our mission.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in crisis management and business continuity. As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring proactive preparation and effective execution of our business continuity and client disaster response programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify potential events that could impact our business processes and client operations.
  • Evaluate the risk and impact of disruptive events and report to senior leadership and response program stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of site crisis response, emergency response, security incident response, and disaster recovery programs.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and client disaster response program plans, including recurring reviews and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to response program stakeholders, including business continuity plan and process owners, client disaster response team members, and key business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in crisis management, finance, business administration, compliance, or a related field of study.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in a crisis management or similar response area at a publicly traded company.
  • Crisis management certification is preferred or willingness to obtain a certification.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including meetings, internal and external communications, plan documentation, and training.
