Job Title: Senior IT Analyst

At goeasy, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our IT Services department, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients and corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues for desktop/laptop systems, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room technology.
  • Diagnose and analyze problems, using existing documentation and knowledge gained from previous experience.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to end-users on technical inquiries.
  • Install and support applications/software on desktops/laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office meeting room equipment.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for the Senior Leadership Team, providing support and incident management.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience in a medium to large professional organization.
  • Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and SCCM.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
  • Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
