Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll provide support to daily operations, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR programs, processes, and services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to advise on employee relations, performance management, and implement best HR practices
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business units to ensure HR services are executed effectively
  • Analyze and recommend solutions to complex problems, aligning with organizational objectives and guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with employment law requirements, company policies, and standards
  • Plan and organize work assignments, carrying out tasks as required by the HR leadership team
  • Create HR documentation, including offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment confirmation letters
  • Process updates in HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and PAS
  • Support the annual performance management process, including facilitating employee review meetings and tracking employee performance
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct exit interviews and related activities
  • Function as a team leader on assigned Human Resource projects
  • Organize and prioritize projects and tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Handle employee relation issues and investigations, consulting with HR leadership on complex matters
  • Conduct cultural interviews with internal and external applicants
  • Assess and identify trends, proposing solutions to improve HR programs and processes
  • Support the recruitment process, developing and maintaining job descriptions, screening resumes, and interviewing
  • Support the Annual Compensation Program, educating managers and supporting employee communication
  • Provide support for strategic HR initiatives, including research and recommendations
  • Analyze and create reports based on HR metrics, detailing the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes
  • Provide support for the immigration process, including new hire requirements and ongoing visa and PR applications
