Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with a Human Resources designation preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, with 5 years in an HR Generalist capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience working in structured and unstructured organizations, with a strong results orientation
  • Knowledge of labor relations, employment standards, and human rights legislation
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
