About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef to create innovative and delicious dishes
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and stocking ingredients and equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and make sound decisions
