Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at TANDOORI GOURMET RESTAURANT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
About the Role:
- Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demands.
- Cook and prepare complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations, efficiency, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute menus, manage inventory, and lead teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Basic security clearance.

Additional Information:
