Job Description:


As a key member of the Boparai Bros Inc. team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, keeping financial records, and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.


Responsibilities:



  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:


This role requires a high school graduation certificate and a willingness to learn. On-site work is required, and the successful candidate must be able to work at our physical location.


Language: English


Work Type: Full-time


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
