About the Role

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services
    • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Event Management
    • Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and database management.
