We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Taj Grace Of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet business needs.
As a Kitchen Manager at Taj Grace Of India, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. You will be required to stand for extended periods and may be exposed to physical demands associated with kitchen work.
