Job Title: Showroom Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team at LightForm Canada. As a key member of our sales and support staff, you will play a crucial role in helping Canada's interior design and architecture professionals light their residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setup and maintenance of our showroom, ensuring a visually appealing and functional space that showcases our products.
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of Account Executives and other support functions to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, participating in product knowledge sessions and staying informed about new developments.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute showroom events, trade shows, and other activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or management relevant to the design industry.
  • Post-secondary degree/certificate in Interior Architecture/Design and/or Lighting Design and/or Business Administration.
  • Practical work experience and a high level of lighting and lighting industry knowledge is also acceptable.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to assess and work with complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications and contact management software.
