Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in our PPM tools, ensuring that all project information is up-to-date and reliable.
  2. Resource and Cost Estimating: Oversee the maintenance of our Resource and Cost Estimating tool, ensuring that all project costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Create, maintain, and run PMO reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and of high quality.
  4. SAP Invoicing: Enter financial adjustments, month-end accruals, and maintain project work breakdown structures in SAP.
  5. Project Support: Provide support and training to project managers and coordinators on PMO processes, frameworks, and tools, including SAP, Ariba, MS Project Online, and MS PPM.
Requirements:
  1. Program Management Experience: 15+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator, with a strong background in program management and data analysis.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, VB, and Power BI, with experience in creating tables, macros, coding, reporting, and UAT.
  3. SAP Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator, with a strong background in SAP, preferably with Ariba and SAP PS.
  4. Project Management Tools: Experience with MS Project Online, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
