Business Consultant Job Description

KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to provide change management support to the 1GX Planning and Budgeting project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a holistic strategy and approach for implementing changes related to planning and budgeting in alignment with the organization's policies.
  • Work directly with the Planning and Budgeting project team to develop and implement a change management strategy.
  • Collaborate with the 1GX training team to align the training strategy with the change management strategy.
  • Participate in various project activities to gain knowledge on potential areas of change resistance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct business analysis and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage projects in an organization of comparable size and complexity.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, management, or a related discipline and four years of related experience.
  • Two-year diploma in business, management, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience.
  • One-year certificate in business, management, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.
  • ~10 years experience conducting change impact analysis.
  • ~5 years experience developing and delivering user manuals and training materials.
  • ~10 years experience with business writing, communication, and documentation.
  • ~10 years experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change.
  • ~10 years experience creating flowcharts/diagrams/analyses.
  • ~10 years experience in managing projects in an organization of comparable size and complexity.
  • ~5 years experience with business plans, mandates, strategic priorities, objectives, and/or programs of 1GX.
