Reliability Engineer

MEGlobal Canada ULC is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance & Reliability team at our Fort Saskatchewan site. This role will oversee MEGlobal's rotating equipment reliability program, collaborating with contract millwrights and MEGlobal engineers on daily work and addressing any outstanding reliability issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and apply MEGlobal work processes and Global Standards to meet established objectives in a timely and safe manner.
- Assist in providing advanced trouble shooting to ensure reliability, cost reduction, and equipment productivity.
- Review job history forms to ensure the quality and reliability of equipment after maintenance activities completion.
- Review job feedback forms as they relate to job duration to optimize maintenance job execution.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Maintenance Facility Teams and discipline operations systems, processes, and practices, taking into account 'industry best practice'.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Manage vibration program by measuring vibrations and analyzing the data to provide reports to the reliability group for further review.
- QA/QC check on incoming equipment.
- Works with Millwright DAS, Millwright Planner to update documentation such as Bill of Material and to manage MRO material.
Requirements
- Journeyperson millwright certificate or diploma in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- SAP Plant maintenance PM modules
- Capable of understanding the plant operation
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in relevant field
