About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kelly as a Technical Trainer at Dow Fort Saskatchewan, AB site. As a System Trainer and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for administering orientations and badging for Alberta Operations, focusing on Life Critical Standards and site Expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Administer Orientations and badging for Alberta Operations, focusing on Life Critical Standards and site Expectations.">
  • Facilitate Equipment training, Forklift, Mobile Equipment Work Platform.">
  • Provide Fall Prevention training/demo, Resp Fit and EarFit testing.">
  • Conduct AOP (Authorized Operating Procedure) training.">
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and assist with updating training materials.">
  • Assist with other site trainings, including room setup, training materials, and people logistics.">
  • Assist with training materials inventory and replenishment.">
  • Co-facilitate training sessions where necessary.">

Requirements:

  • Dow site experience is an asset.">
  • Equipment trainer qualifications would be an asset, but we will qualify the right candidate.">
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.">

What We Offer:

We offer 11 paid statutory holidays and a competitive salary. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience. This is a contract role with a shift schedule.
