Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

At Global Excel Management Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial goals and objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and development
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes
  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
  • Bilingualism in French and English
