Critical Care Respiratory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at the Juravinski Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to critically ill patients.
About the RoleThis is a regular full-time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients in the special care areas
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and make recommendations for respiratory therapy interventions
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Current registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
- Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care (CBRC) exam
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- EPIC hospital information system experience is preferred
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $38.35 - $53.28 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
