Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Mitchel Lincoln. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to optimize production planning and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze weekly data to inform demand planning decisions
  • Develop measurement systems to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Gather and analyze demand data from various sources, including forecasts, statistics, promotions, and sales
  • Develop strategies to smooth demand and meet both client needs and internal prerequisites
  • Optimize production planning by working closely with production, customer service, and sales teams
  • Identify solutions to improve the supply network using collected data
  • Ensure production priorities are met by tracking schedules and making necessary changes
  • Implement best practice processes by identifying constraints and creating quantified scenario plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, SCM, or industrial engineering, or any other relevant combination of training
  • Five to seven years of experience in production planning at a manufacturing company
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and ability to work with forecasting algorithms
  • High level of French and English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Office suite: Excel (advanced)
  • Strong computer skills and reliability, autonomy, and team spirit
