Demand Planning and Forecast Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning and Forecast Manager to join our team at Mitchel Lincoln. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to optimize our production planning and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our products
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production planning and inventory management strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
