We're seeking experienced recruitment specialists to join our team, working with clients from the US and Canada to find top talent for their businesses. As a recruitment specialist at Synapse, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from executive search to business development, and will be supported by a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and sign new clients
  • Maintain and foster relationships with top-level executives
  • Match client requirements with the right candidates
  • Qualify candidates for the right fit, as well as ensuring they are a cultural fit
  • Work with Synapse account managers and clients to ensure the interview process flows smoothly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • Proven business and client development experience
  • Proven track record and high billings
  • Killer customer success and sales acumen
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Dynamic and vibrant personality
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to work remotely
