Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our IT departments.
  • Source, screen, and select top talent for IT roles, ensuring a strong cultural fit and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and technical skills needed.
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Offer guidance and negotiate job offers with candidates to ensure a competitive compensation package.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter with a focus on IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT terminologies and requirements, including Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
