Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Temporary employment opportunity
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
