Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to ensure efficient service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing customer complaints promptly.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
