We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service management and be able to lead a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. We offer a 40-hour workweek and a dynamic work environment.
