Montessori Educator and Program Leader

Fine Art Montessori (FAMC) is seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to lead our Infant and Toddler program as a Room Leader. This role requires a valid Infant and Toddler certificate and license to practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a love of learning in children, promoting their intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Lead a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of child progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Valid Infant and Toddler ECE license to practice.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leading an Infant and Toddler room team.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
