Overview:

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Field Services Coordinator to coordinate field service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. This role will be responsible for enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties, and managing third-party invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Enforce SLAs and ensure timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties.
- Manage third-party invoices and monitor and analyze internal and external KPIs to ensure that performance goals are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and external suppliers, serving as the main point of contact for any queries, issues, or escalations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, maintaining regular communication to ensure timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in coordinating field service activities or working with external suppliers is a plus; related experience in dispatching or service operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers, internal teams, and customers if needed.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on fostering productive and collaborative partnerships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in using various software tools, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
