Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our team at USG. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for conducting daily operations in the Roll Form Department, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Perform visual quality checks to identify product defects and ensure cleanliness.
- Product Packaging: Count and package finished products accurately and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to the department's housekeeping program.
- Teamwork: Cooperate with colleagues and maintain consistent attendance to ensure a smooth production process.
- Safety: Exercise personal safety and promote a safe working environment among crew members.
- Employee Morale: Develop and maintain good employee relationships within the department and with other departments.
- Special Projects: Assist in implementing USG/CGC Model Programs, Safety Rules, VWIs/JSAs, and Standard Operating Procedures as required.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Safety Knowledge: Working knowledge of safety standards and procedures in an industrial environment.
- Mechanical Understanding: Proficient mechanical understanding.
- Automated Equipment: Experience setting up and operating a highly automated roll forming and metal punching line.
- Technical Skills: Able to follow oral and written technical instructions and possess good mathematical skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
