The Role

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of the Assembly areas. This role involves supervising a crew of production workers, coordinating parts for jobs, and ensuring employees wear required personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a crew of production workers and ensure they meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Coordinate parts for jobs and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all employees wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Prepare and conduct annual performance evaluations and training plans for supervised personnel.
  • Monitor and approve employee time-off requests and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum three years' experience in managing people, schedules, workflow, safety, personnel, and equipment.
  • Technical/Mechanical diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings, and use production software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision and prioritize workload in a high-volume, results-focused environment.
