The Quality Control Supervisor at Fourmark Manufacturing Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our plastic products. This position involves overseeing the production team and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
The supervisor will work within a dynamic setting focused on plastic product manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production personnel operating processing machinery and involved in the fabrication, assembly, finishing, or inspection of plastic or rubber components.
- Develop strategies to adhere to production timelines and synchronize work activities with other departments.
- Advise on staffing decisions, including hiring and promotions.
- Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Educate staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
The supervisor will manage a team of 5-10 individuals, including plastic product assemblers, finishers, and inspectors.
Experience Requirements- A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
