Thermon Canada Inc. is a world leader in process heating systems, and we're currently experiencing rapid growth due to global expansion. As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of our Assembly areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise a crew of production workers, providing hands-on support when needed.
  • Read and understand drawings, schedules, and measurements to prioritize jobs and coordinate parts.
  • Ensure all employees wear required PPE and supervise their performance in the Assembly areas.
  • Prepare and conduct annual performance evaluations, as well as training plans for supervised personnel.
  • Monitor and approve employee time off requests via the Workday platform.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum three years' experience in managing people, schedules, workflow, safety, personnel, and equipment.
  • Able to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment, prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings, as well as use production software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating self-directed skills.
