  9. Ensure Integrated Design Approach: Ensure an integrated design approach with other business areas and the enterprise, driving consistency and quality.
  10. Educate Business Partners: Educate business partners on the benefits of human-centered design, driving design literacy and adoption.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 Years of UX Design Experience: 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences.
  2. 2+ Years Leading a Design Team: 2+ years of experience leading a design team, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Proficiency in UX-Related Software: Proficiency in UX-related software packages, including Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Analytics: Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) is a plus, but not required.
