Job Title: UX Lead/Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Lead/Designer to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a UX Lead/Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of user-centered experiences for our clients
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
