Join Our Team as a Lead UX Researcher

We're seeking a talented Lead UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our UX research team, you'll be responsible for creating an Experience Vision for The Globe and driving the development of our UX research operations and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and organize our existing research and data to map the complete user journey across all touchpoints
  • Communicate findings to our executive team, product design team, and leaders in editorial, marketing, and revenue on a regular basis
  • Mentor our product design team to level up their research skills
  • Develop and implement systems to socialize findings and optimize our research library

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in UX, with significant experience in UX research
  • Passion for user experience and design thinking
  • Strong desire to be innovative within the news, content publishing, and media industry
  • Experience working with data and metrics
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights to innovation in user experience
  • Positive attitude that embraces diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Extensive experience using research tools such as Airtable, Miro, Google suite, or Microsoft
