About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience across our omnichannel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience starting at the checkout point, creating, evaluating, improving, and optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective order capture, reservation, replenishment, fulfillment, and delivery expectations post-purchase.
  • Develop an understanding of the competitive eCommerce environment, noting trends and responding with creative ideas to apply findings effectively, build sound business cases, and drive innovative features.
  • Set, track, and measure KPIs and other markers to ensure high ROI is associated with your roadmap, gathering data and analyzing results designing improvements to optimize your products, existing systems, and the shopping experience.

You will also have the chance to participate in two weeks of food-focused training with the corporate head chef, and have regular new products created in the test kitchen to try and taste.

Requirements
  • eCommerce experience, with a focus on complex eCommerce products and customer management, including payments or OMS.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to changes in timelines, the business, or the industry, and insights into tracking and analyzing market trends.
  • Effective and flexible communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships across any level, and work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a team.
  • A profound commitment to the customer experience and the ability of technology to connect the two, with a love of food and a passion for making an impact on Canadians.
