Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in London, Ontario.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in providing exceptional quality care to clients in the community. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high performance targets.

The Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist will be responsible for all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations within their region, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. They will also be directly involved in the assessment, treatment, and care of clients, and will ensure that best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in providing exceptional quality care to clients in the community
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenues and margins, and achieve financial success
  • Represent Rehab First regionally and nationally, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Ensure that all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations within their region are delivered effectively and efficiently
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (required)
  • 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist (required)
  • Registration in COTO (required)
  • Driver's Licence, valid insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
