Ce poste de Responsable Marketing Digital Senior est disponible chez Humanify, une entreprise innovante dans le domaine de la beauté capillaire. Vous serez responsable de développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing numériques pour accroître la notoriété de nos produits capillaires et de notre académie de formation.



Défis et responsabilités
  • Stratégie Marketing Digital : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing numériques percutantes pour accroître la notoriété de nos produits capillaires et de notre académie de formation. Utiliser les outils d'analyse et les technologies d'intelligence artificielle pour personnaliser les campagnes et maximiser leur impact.
  • Gestion de Contenu : Concevoir et créer du contenu visuel et rédactionnel innovant pour nos plateformes en ligne, y compris les réseaux sociaux, les blogs, et notre site web Shopify. Vous serez également responsable de l'optimisation et de la mise à jour régulière de notre site.
  • Création Visuelle : Superviser la conception graphique pour tous les supports marketing, y compris les étiquettes de produits, les emballages, et les supports promotionnels. Assurer une cohérence visuelle qui renforce l'identité de la marque.
  • Campagnes Promotionnelles : Piloter des campagnes marketing 360°, de la stratégie à l'exécution, en collaboration avec des partenaires clés. Mesurer les performances et ajuster les stratégies en temps réel pour garantir des résultats optimaux.
  • Lancements de Produits : Coordonner les lancements de nouveaux produits, de la planification à la réalisation, en s'assurant d'une exécution impeccable et d'un suivi post-lancement efficace.
  • Partenariats et Relations Publiques : Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les influenceurs, les médias, et les partenaires stratégiques pour amplifier la visibilité de la marque.
  • Innovation et Veille : Mener une veille concurrentielle continue pour anticiper les tendances émergentes et intégrer les innovations dans notre approche marketing.
  • Événements et Webinaires : Organiser et gérer des événements en ligne et hors ligne pour engager notre communauté et promouvoir nos produits de manière créative et interactive.

Nous avons un portail web Shopify où vous pouvez consulter les informations relatives à notre académie de formation et nos produits capillaires.



Salaire et avantages

Vous recevrez un salaire mensuel estimé de 85 000€, comprenant une prime annuelle basée sur vos performances.
