Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Gathering and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
- Leading testing and optimization across various channels (direct and indirect).

- Formulating digital campaign and web measurement strategies.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Execute A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Foster excellent collaboration among team members.
- Deliver strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible to work with departments in different time-zones.
- Full proficient in Spanish & English.
