We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team due to continuous growth and client demands. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the possibility of working from home one day a week after the initial four-week onboarding period.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging job descriptions to attract top-tier talent. They will utilize our ATS system and other tools to source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and provide weekly reporting to update progress on recruitment efforts.

This role involves entering accurate information into our ATS promptly, conducting reference checks, and performing other duties to support recruitment efforts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and posting compelling job descriptions to draw high-caliber candidates.
  • Sourcing and screening applicants using our ATS system and other resources.
  • Scheduling and participating in virtual and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Providing regular progress updates on recruitment efforts through weekly reports.
  • Accurately maintaining applicant data within our ATS system.
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and additional screenings when necessary.
  • Supporting recruitment initiatives by performing additional tasks as assigned.
  • Attending networking events to foster relationships and expand the candidate pool.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as recruitment, sales, or hospitality, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ambition and drive, with a passion for exceeding goals and taking initiative.
  • Prior experience in both agency and in-house recruitment is a significant asset.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys networking opportunities.
